Frostbite

I normally read British, European and especially Scandinavian crime novels. Frostbite isn’t one of those but something about the title intrigued me. It isn’t a crime novel in the true sense but much crime takes place. It’s a fantasy book, surreal and very well written. I’m glad the title intrigued me, as I really enjoyed this book.

Great book to sit down with to escape to another world. The Humour/twist and turns are slotted in nicely to keep it entertaining throughout. Great set up for another instalment!

Once I started reading this, I couldn't put it down. Characters, and their voices were described so well. A book written with imagination and made me laugh in places.

This is an amazing book, the dark humour is brilliant. Would definitely recommend 100%. I’d hope to see and read more Dean Whitwell’s books in the future.
