I initially ordered this intake for my refurbished Fluval FX6, and I was so impressed with its performance that I ordered another one to replace the stock intake on my other FX6. The intake does an excellent job of protecting my fish from being sucked in, and it’s also a lifesaver for my super fine substrate. I highly recommend this intake to all aquarium enthusiasts. The only minor downside is the delivery time, but the product’s quality more than makes up for it. Well worth the wait!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT....CHEAPLY MADE....BOTH INTAKES THAT I ORDERED CAME BROKEN....ALSO A LOT OF MONEY.....

This is a perfect fit for my fx6 intake. I put it in my community tank where I have tiny fish and shrimp and rasboras. The leaves do clog it a bit, but otherwise happy.

This product was delivered the same day and was as expected works well with my FV2X Good product would recommend

I was worried about the flow with my X2. A week in and it seems fine. Some have reported clogging, but that could be caused by a number of reasons. Looks much nicer than the original. Seems to take up less real estate.

I love the product but I believe is too expensive it ave my little babies fish but too much money for it

We kept getting shrimp and small snails in the pump so was looking for something to protect them and this works great! It fitted our FX6 pump perfectly ☺️
