Don't bother, I used this on my boyfriend to help his aching shoulder and it didn't even get warmer. Save your money and just pick up some bengay or icy hot instead.

I love this lotion. My manicurist uses this brand. I didn’t realize I ordered the pain relief one. But it’s nice with my arthritis. It does has a little “Ben Gay” type smell. But the other aroma makes it less intense. Feels warm
