Q: Do these have a wide toe box? I don't need a wide shoe, but my toes have spread from wearing barefoot shoes and need a wide toebox.

I find the toe box is wider than most. I have bunions and need extra room.

Q: Should i size up with these?

I would say it depends on how you're going to use the shoes. My first pair I bought my regular size and they fit fine. My second pair I sized up one size. At first the larger size felt awkward, but now it's the shoe I wear everyday and love it. The first pair that is my regular size I reserve for the gym and exercise class where a snug fit is preferred and the shoes are less apt to break my concentration on my workouts. Sometimes the soles squeak on hi shine gym floors and moreso with the upsize in my opinion. I've seen a foot doctor on YouTube recommend upsizing that's why I did for my second pair and am glad I did. More toe wiggle room. Good luck and enjoy!

Q: How wide are these in size 11 men?

I normally wear a wide shoe and these are very comfortable. Not sure how wide they are in inches, but if you like a wide shoe this will be fine.
