I urgently needed to improve the sound quality of a promotional video for a job. I had an expensive on-camera microphone complete with a massive furry wind-shield but the sound quality was awful because of the surrounding wind, trees, and water.Seeing this product on Amazon at such a ridiculously low price, I figured it was worth a try but had no great expectations. It arrived the next day, and within minutes I was able to record the video again. The quality of the audio was brilliant. I tried it out at different distances and even more than 5 metres away, it was received on both my Camera (with a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adaptor) and my smartphone.What's more, it comes with a pair of microphones, so my partner has already asked me to record some videos for her antiques business in which we can discuss pieces together.Really, really impressive. Try it - you're video or audio recordings will never be the same.

Audio sounds quite good and can be made even better in programmes such as Audacity.Works with IPhone, Android and Cameras. For your phone it's just a case of plugging it in and recording from your recorder app.Additionally, it comes with two types of filters so it's useful for a variety of situations.

These are fantastic little microphones and pick up amazing sound with very little background noise. There are noise-cancelling filters, but I haven't tried with noise cancelling off, as there really seems no need to. Both the pop shield and windshield are great, too! With the receiver having USB-C, lightning and a mini-jack output, it works with just about anything. It might be a little troublesome with some devices, depending on how much space there is around the socket it is plugging into on the camera. eg, straps, HDMI etc.. but that is not the fault of this device. I would highly recommend it.

For some reason the audio always messes up? Makes it so difficult to record videos. One clip it's fine, the next it's not properly capturing audio or all I can hear is static.

Love this little microphone set up. The sound quality is great, so easy to use and adaptable with all the accessories included. Small and compact and easy to carry in the little case that came with it. Keeps the connectivity at all times and the battery life surprised me in a very good way. Great value for money.

Works well, lasted 3 months before fault with receiver so returned to amazon. However decent for price point.

I needed a microphone for my podcast and i decided to try this one even though i was skeptical. It arrived early and it was a straightforward setup and i did a test interview with my daughter and the output was fantastic plus the distance wasn't a barrier as we tried using it from a different room about 10feet apart and it worked well. The casing was also handy and fits into a pocket.
