I bought one of these for my son for Christmas. The power connection was so flakey that you had to get it JUST right to get power to devices. You could hear it arc inside at the slightest vibration which obviously is not usable for something where you are support to attach/detach/place devices on frequently each day.The company had no issue accepting a return and I purchased another immediately so my son could have his Christmas present ASAP. The new on had the exact same problem. The company had no issue accepting the return but I didn't get around to returning either. I'm a single dad of 5 teenagers... too busy and as an engineer I knew this device should work.Today I decided to take one apart and figure it out. It turned out to be super simple. If you look at the picture there is a plastic "collar" before you get to the metal. That collar is supposed to fit into the hole in the case and end up sitting flush with the power socket inside. The problem is the manufactured drilled the hole to fit the metal part of the plug but not the plastic collar (see picture).Long and short... the plug doesn't push in far enough to make solid contact. Widening the hole with a 3/8" drill (after removing all electronics from the case as not to destroy anything) allows the plug to sit properly and the device works flawlessly.Anyways, now I have one for me and one for my son. Hopefully the manufacturer will fix this so more people can benefit from it.

I love this charging station. It makes charging my multiple devices with ease. However, I only have one issue... the power cord does not fit into the device as tightly as I would like. If I move the power pack I run the risk of the cord unplugging a little which I believe may increase charging time since less power is flowing to the device. I have come up with an idea that keeps my cord from moving around — binder clips to keep the cord where I want it without pinching the cords.

The design of this is good. It holds all our many devices and it organizes them well, but the power dsnt always work which defeats the point of the thing. Many times when i turn the button on it dsnt come on. Sometimes when it does come on it turns off in the middle of the night. If i wiggle it sometimes that helps so i think the wires inside are loose or not connected properly. Its annoying. I want to return it but i dont have the box. I would recommend that you look for another one made by a different company with the same design because its a great idea to charge everything in one place.UPDATE: The company emailed me about the problem I was having and they sent me a new one right away. They didn't even ask for the broken one back which was really nice cause sending stuff back can be a chore so that was great. This is a very good company who stands by their products. Rare these days. I am going to see what other products they sell cause I like dealing with this company.

This thing is fantastic.... I have two iPhones, an iPad, and an Apple Watch. I kept chargers all over my house and I still had something without a charge everyday. With this I plug everything in at the same time, it’s all together, and I start everyday with all my stuff at 100% charge. I bought a 5 pack of 5” cords with this so i don’t have a tangle of cords. Everyone should have one of these

**Update**Seller sent a new unit right away. The new one is working fine so far. Will update to 5 stars if it continues.This stopped working after 2 months. For a while, unplugging it and waiting 5 or so minutes before plugging it back in seemed to work. Now it has stopped working all together. Would not recommend.

Charges fast. The power cord into the device isnt the best fitting. Its easy to bump and turn off without noticing. Otherwise it is good. Charges fast with multiple devices attached. No compatibility issues across android apple garmin and fitbit so far

I purchased this product 2 times. The first worked well and I felt safe to purchase a second unit. I regret purchasing the second unit. The slots the cables that go into the unit stopped working. They told me I was out of the warranty. Not worth 60 dollars. They asked me for pictures, videos. I sent these and they continued to ask for more pictures and videos after the initial request. They were not clear on needing the unit to send back or keeping it for more testing.I would not recommend this seller or product.
