Bought this for my holiday as I needed a medium sized case. Chose because I like the integrated locks and pattern.... All was good until we picked up at the airport - a broken top handle! 😏 so I had to manhandle off the conveyer.... not impressed, especially as our other hardshell case that has survived 20+ trip was ok...Back at the hotel came the next nightmare - the lock would not open 😭😱 I had set it up before trave and tested, but now it would not budge, not even with 000.... so I had to break I to it which thankfully (or not really🤔) was far to easy and quick twist with knife and lock came away from case (2 tiny screws) and then twist with my hand and it broke from the zips (plastic!) So at least I got my clothes etc - but now a case to dispose of and having to buy a new one whilst away; I wasn't taking any chances, so samsonite it was.OK only £64, but to not even last half a trip - shocking.To make it worse, trying to get help from amazon and the seller....was a nightmare and I've had nothing back 😡 very disappointing!

Quick delivery. Gorgeous vibrant colours just like advertisement. Really light and super easy to roll in any direction. Expands really easily too. Fits suitcase hand luggage easily too. No explanation provided for how to set code for lock. However a quick Google and if you pull and hold the lock button to the right when on zeros you can reset the code that way. Google yourself as dead easy. Super happy with product xx

Lovey suitcase. 2nd one I’ve ordered, just a different jazzy pattern. Nice and light, seeing as tui only allows 15kg luggage now unless you want to pay for more and no problem spotting it when collecting your luggage. Brilliant all round. Very pleased with purchase again. Thank you.

I purchased this case 2 months prior of my holiday. The push handle broke at the airport. I had to sellotape it together to be able to use it. When I returned from holiday I requested a replacement and was informed that as it was over 30 days from purchase that they wouldn’t do anything. I now basically have paid for a case which I cannot use. DO NOT buy from this company..

Love this suitcase fits everything I need and more and easy to spot on the carousel.
