If you are not living an active healthy lifestyle, meaning if you don’t eat right, drink enough water, or workout 3-6 times a week don’t think this will work from just taking the pills expecting them to come up with results fast. I used it for a month and my test levels and performance went up seeing results every week. I been taking ashwaghanda for a while but this being a higher dosage from what I normally take and with the tongkat I seen the difference right away. Great natural test booster, if used right with consistency it will work. If you’re fat and lazy don’t even try to waste your time, it works if you work.

After using the whole bottle of this and hearing Joe Rogan talk about it I decided to give it a shot. I did feel like I was stronger and had more aggression in the gym but it took a couple of weeks or at least for me it did. It is worth a shot give it a try!

The capsules are clear coating around a brown, aromatic powder. They are quite large for a supplement, which would not be an issue if not for the very high serving size of 4 capsules, making the supplement relatively expensive and also hard to take as swallowing 4 capsules is unpleasant. This contains a 50:1 extract, which is very potent on paper, but there is no information on the withanolide content, which is what matters in ashwagandha and is standardized in proprietary blends like KSM-66. This also makes dosage calculation very hard to track across supplement brands.That being said, I did find this to have a calming effect after a few days of use. Ashwagandha's most noticeable effect is lowering cortisol, and I did seem to have a marginal decrease in stress, although it may have been placebo as without bloodwork measuring cortisol, testosterone, and other biomarkers it is hard to validate the product's claims. Tongkat ali has a similar claim, but again is hard to validate. I noticed generally better sleep as I took this in the evening, so as to not jeopardize morning work performance. Cortisol is somewhat helpful in the mornings, as there is a natural spike so as to signal one to wake up and work. Time the dosages intelligently.I would be more lenient on the supplement if not for its price, almost $30 for 30 servings/120 capsules. The price is very high per capsule compared to other ash/tongkat supplements, especially when considering that it does not account that you will consume this at double the rate of some other supplements. If withanolide content was published and turned out to be very high such that a half serving is effective, it would justify the cost, as the product description claims to be a "four month supply."

Spouse had reaction (tongue swelling) when taking first dose of this med. Unable to return or even get partial credit. Unable to use.

There are a lot of these in the ranks of competition, and barely a difference in price, so WHY NOT buy from a credible US-based company with all the appropriate checks and balances? I feel this product exudes great quality through and through...ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is that I cannot make 'promises' of what it'll accomplish for others who partake. Personally, I won't miss a day of supplementing with these.
