faulty battery
the battery was faulty and it cost us more to trouble shoot it and get it fixed. There is no way to get a refund for the item.

It's not the original, but it keeps me running.
This battery looks darn similar to the original LG battery. I seem to be having some issues with the computer randomly shutting down when the battery gets below 50%. I am not sure if this is the laptop or the battery, but I still can use my computer whereas I was totally stuck when the original battery failed.
