The important thing and the reason I am moving my review to a 5 star is because the customer service made sure to make right with my experience. I will definitely give this company another chance and hopefully my next experience is a great one!If you are having issues with the vacuum reach out to their customer service!I was so excited for this vacuum. I have had it 6 months and wanted to wait to give a honest review. This vacuum is terrible. From the beginning it barely sucked anything up. I would go over the same spots repeatedly and it still wouldn’t clean everything up.Now after 6 months the motor has stopped working. I turn it on and the vacuum gets extremely hot after a few seconds and then shuts off over and over again.Probably one of the worst vacuums I have ever had. Do not waste your money

Do NOT buy this vacuum! The battery life is horrible! The 1st one I received didn't work. Amazon replaced it. 2nd one worked fine. Fully charged battery lasted long enough to vacuum living room. Suction was just ok on hardwood floor but worked great on carpet. And vacuum is very lightweight. I was excited to use this vacuum and all attachments. But used only a few times over a couple months and battery stopped working again. I would not purchase again. And would not recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I really like this product! It was easy to assemble and lightweight which is something I’m looking for. I have been using my upright vacuum for a while and the heavy weight has always been a problem for me. So if you’re looking for a light weight hand-held vacuum you’re in the right spot. The battery was on 46% when I first turned it on, and it was enough to clean my one bedroom apartment.I have never had a hand-held vacuum before, so I was surprised with the suction power. It picked up the same amount of dust and hair if not even more compared to my upright vacuum. Also, I was very happy with the anti tangle roller brush. I have really long hair and the roller brush was literally clean with no hair being tangled around the roller. I’m not sure if you can turn the Vertect light off, I just kept it on when I cleaned my carpets. I was able to get the $60 off coupon so I think it definitely worth the price and I would recommend!

This vacuum was a problem from the start. Upon the second use, the floor attachment would not stay on, so I duct taped it on. After using the vacuum for only 2 months, the battery died, and would not charge. When used for those 2 months, it would not even pick cat hair off an area rug, and it snagged one of my rugs. The company has been very difficult in regards to honoring their warranty.

The vacuum itself works really well honestly, but the battery started acting up after just two months. . Sometimes it just drains out completely after 5 minutes and today it simply stopped working. Customer service is "leave a voicemail and we'll call you back" which is not ideal.Update: after I left the 2 star review, customer service contacted me and sent a replacement battery. The vacuum is working as it should. Let's hope the battery lasts longer than 2 months.

I like the machine and the weight and the suction action...picks up dog hair very well and works great....BUTI am very disappointed in the battery charge life...My battery takes a full charge, but does not last longer then a few minutes on low and is burned up within seconds on the high speed.I do not want to return the machine, I would like the battery to be replaced. I chatted with the Amazon support and was told they won't do that..it is all or nothing. SO DISAPPOINTED...

I absolutely love this vacuum. We bought it for our RV and it is perfect for it. We have a dog and the green light helps see any dog hair on our floors. Even my boyfriend commented about how much you can see with the light when he used it. It comes with a wall hanger which is great for saving space and the battery detaches so you can charge it anywhere. The suction power is great. It has like 5 different suction powers I believe. Only issue we have had was out battery stopped charging but the companies service department was beyond helpful when I notified them about it and had a new battery out to us in less then a week. It's easy to use, light weight, strong suction and just all around a great vacuum with a company that has fast and helpful customer service. I would highly recommend!

I will say when the vacuum worked it worked wonders! It picked up all of my dog hairs, dirt and dust my dog would bring in. However now, it won’t even turn on and unfortunately it’s out of the return window so I’ll try my luck with the seller!

I bought my first cordless stick hoover a couple of years back, it was only £60 but worked well on our mainly hard floors. Being so cheap it started to fail recently, the motorised head stopped working and the battery could only manage half the house before running out. For a replacement I did a fair bit of research on the very crowded cordless market, initially looking at the big names but the prices were way over what I was prepared to pay.I read a very positive online review of the Proscenic P12 by the Guardian so decided to look a bit further, it turns out there are loads of good reviews, some even saying the P12 is on par or even better than a Dyson! I can't compare it with that, but it is certainly an amazing hoover with good battery life and very powerful suction even on the lower settings.Setting it up was simple, it arrived in a much smaller box than I was expecting, but the telescopic tube is short when pushed all the way in. The packaging is all cardboard (apart from plastic bags around each item) which is a refreshing change from expanded polystyrene. Unlike my old one the battery can be charged separate from the main unit which is a bonus, it took less than two hours to charge out the box.Once charged I set to work hoovering the living room. I left it on the default setting (two) which has more than enough suction for hard floors. We have a rug in the room and it worked fine on the same setting - just a little bit harder to push than on the wood. The green lights are great, they really do show up dust and dirt far better than white lights, and with just one pass most of the dust was gone. I did the kitchen floor (vinyl) on setting 3 just to test it, the battery indicator does start to drop faster but it picked up everything, even stubborn bits stuck to the floor.The telescopic tube is great for storage, it fits great on the supplied holder in our understair cupboard with the tube retracted. It's also great for hoovering the stairs, the short tube makes it much easier, and the 90º rotating head is perfect to run long the treads, and also very easy to manoeuvre on floors getting into the tightest spots. The head is quite low profile so easily goes under furniture.Battery life is very good, on setting two I got a full 40 minutes with 4% left. Setting one will get you around an hour, and even at that setting the suction is better than my old one. Setting three starts to eat through it, and at four the battery indicator drops at an alarming rate! I don't really see me using three or four very much, but it's good to know the extra power is there when needed. I bought a spare battery to have for deep cleaning sessions or when needing the extra suction, and also to rotate the use of each so they will last longer.Weight-wise it feels well balanced, I had no aches after a whole house session. And the HEPA filtration is excellent, there's no "hoover" smell when using it, just clean air coming out the exhaust grill. Emptying the dust container is super easy, just a press of the side button and the bottom opens. You sometimes get fluff and hair stuck to the metal filter, but it's quick to remove to get the dirt off. All the filters are easy to remove and wash, and you get a spare main filter with the kit.The motorised head has an anti-tangle brush roller which really seems to work. My partner has quite long hair and we have a fluffy dog but so far there's no hair on the roller. It comes with just two accessories, a nozzle tool and a soft brush tool that retracts. The brush tool is very useful for skirting boards, ceiling corners and even computer keyboards, whilst the nozzle is great for those nooks and crannies where the head won't go. The holder has a place for both tools keeping everything in one place rather than getting lost in a cupboard.I am absolutely delighted with this vacuum, it offers almost corded power in a well made and light weight package. Quality is very good, nothing feels cheap - even the supplied tools are of good quality. Having never owned any of the big name cordless hoovers I can't really compare, but it's way better than our original one bought from the middle of a well known supermarket chain, and on par - if not better - than our corded Vax cylinder that will be going to the scrap store! Strongly recommended.

The first product I was sent the battery was faulty so I contacted the company and waited for a new battery to be delivered, it took over 1 month to deliver the new battery so the return window had closed, after I finally got to test the hoover all I can say is it is dreadful all round. The battery dies withing 10 minutes and takes hours to charge the suction is dreadful and it fills up very quickly.

We only use this cordless vacuum once guests with dogs leave. Because only by using a vacuum cleaner, dog hair will not fly everywhere. This is a health and hygiene safety rule in the catering industry. This cordless vacuum cleaner is very powerful and has various vacumm heads to exchange and can be adjusted in length. A full charge can last up to 2 days if you only use the lowest gear, otherwise you can recharge After use all the time. The sound volume is also lower than that of famous brands. Since the vacuum head has a light, it is more convenient for employees to use, especially under tables and chairs and in the corners. In order to prove that this vacuum cleaner works well, I directly vacuumed the carpet and floor at the entrance of the restaurant. It's really clean, saves time and prevents dust from flying up. Indoor outdoor, ceiling spider web, carpet, under furniture can all be used. Im Highly recommended it to everyone with pets because it lighweight and valuable.

So the product failed after 3uses. Initial contact with customer service wasn't a success but when I finally got a response I have to admit it was good. Having tried a new battery (unsuccessful) I packed the whole thing up and using the return slip (which fortunately I have a printer) sent by email, I have now had a full refund. It's really disappointing that the product which has had good independent reviews didn't work for me.

I purchased this cordless vacuum cleaner to replace my old one, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed. First of all, the metarial quality is good. What I love the most is its convenience - it's incredibly easy to pick up and use whenever I need it. Also, the boost function delivers powerful suction, making quick work of stubborn dirt and debris. Plus, the battery life exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the auto-shutoff feature when it's fully charged. This vacuum cleaner has become an indispensable tool in our cleaning routine not only in our house but also for our car.
