Very helpful Guys, After Sales is top notch
I ordered the FitCamX for my car but didn't try fitting the camera for a few months. I realised I had given the wrong model number to FitCamX when the camera housing didn't fit. Contacted FitCamX who were great about it and asked if they sent a new housing I could transfer the camera. I received the new housing a couple of days later and it took five minutes to transfer the camera to the new housing. Another five minutes to fit the housing in the car and the dashcam is working perfectly. A big Thumbs Up for how the guys resolved a problem that was really my fault.

Falsche Lieferung
Ich habe gewissenhaft alle Daten meines Autos gesammelt und verglichen, um keine falsche Bestellung auszuführen. Vorab wurde auch ein Foto gesendet. Schon nach einer Woche kam das Päckchen. Was mir sofort auffiel, nirgends stand eine Typenbezeichnung oder zu welchem PKW es gehört. Beim Einbau stellte sich dann heraus, dass es die falsche Kamera war. Sie passte nicht auf die Spiegelabdeckung. Die Rückgabe wurde beantragt, ich sollte die Kamera aber nach Barcelona senden. Für das Porto musste ich selber aufkommen. Was für Zustände müssen im Lager sein, wenn nicht einmal die Typenbezeichnung auf oder in dem Paket steht ?
