I've been using a berberine capsule for a little while. Because they did seem give me about 15 minutes of stomach discomfort, I thought I would try a gummy because capsules can be a little harsh.Berberine seemed to significantly reduce fluid retention for me. I was able to stop taking a prescription which was damaging my kidneys.I haven't had the same results with this product as I did with capsules. I haven't taken the gummies to a lab, but I don't think the serving is really 2000 mg or even 500 mg.I won't buy them again.

I wish I would have seen that it’s risky on blood thinners and it can lower your blood sugar drastically. I suggest you contact your doctor before ordering these supplements!They taste really good tho.

I have ordered this product several times because unlike most "sugar free" gummies, it contained no sugar and no maltitol (see photo of label showing "Other Ingredients" from the bottle I have now).I was going to reorder and happened to look at the current label photo which shows the product now contains IMO (isomalto-oligosaccharide), which causes blood sugar spikes. I wonder if the product I currently have also contains IMO but they just inadvertently or intentionally left it off of the label on the bottle I have. Not good.I will not be buying this again, and if you are using it to benefit from Berberine's effect on blood sugar, you might want to reconsider purchasing this. I will be throwing out the few I have left.
