I researched lots of options before purchasing this package for a recent visit to Disney. As luck would have it, our first day in the park (Holllywood Studios) was soaking rain ALL day long. These ponchos were awesome. The drawstring hood prevented the wind from blowing the hood off (a problem we witnessed with other's in the park all day). The long sleeves and elastic wristbands worked great allowing freedom of movement, but sealing around the wrist to keep my watch safe. Since the park was relatively empty, we went from attraction to attraction all day - removing our ponchos at each venue and putting them back on after the attraction. We were extra careful not to rip/tear the plastic, so we were able to get through the day with the ponchos intact.The only reason I'm not giving this product 5 stars is the fact that on our last day in the park, we experienced a brief downpour. No worries- we reached into our backpack and pulled out a fresh set of ponchos only to find that one of the "Adult" packages actually had a child size poncho inside (the label on the package clearly said ADULT). Because of this, I ended up purchasing a $12 Disney poncho that ripped the first time I put it on- and did not provide adequate protection for my arms.2/8/19 UPDATE - Seller must be monitoring these reviews because I received an unsolicited refund today. Kudos for the great customer service. I am updating my rating and will likely purchase another set of these next time I travel.

Great deal! pack of eight is great to have on hand for quick grab and go for anytime you might need one. Each poncho is in an individual bag which is super convenient to throw in your backpack for any hikes or exploring you may be doing - I went to niagra falls this year and would have loved to have one of these stashed in my bag!!! I also threw one in my car for emergencys 👍🏼 Price is good too if your buying for a group for a family or friends trip! Comes with a drawstring on the hood which is great for keeping the water out and hood on in wind. Durable plastic - small, compact and easy to store 👍🏼👍🏼 I recommend this product !

I liked the variety size of children and adult sizes that came together. We purchased these for Disney and ended up having to use them. They are ok for a one time use but I can't imagine getting more then that out of them- lucky it only rained one day! Mine immediately ripped while putting in on- just a small hole on the side. The string for my sons fell back into poncho and I had to rip into the side of the hood a bit to fish it back out.

Great price for the items, seem like they're durable. Will update review afterwards. Great colors, only problem is I opened a poncho to see size and I noticed it has a small hole, will checkthe rest.UPDATE: great colors, perfect price for a whole set for a family, only used one day during san diego rain, wouldn't have been able to use for the next day, thankfully it disnt rain. Helped the 1 day of rain but wouldn't buy again

This family pack of ponchos is exactly what I was looking for. It's so compact and great to stick in our storage bin in the back of the car. We are a family of 6 so I love that there are 4 kids ponchos in there. I'm gonna take the two extra adult ones out of the box and stick them in a backpack or something. You never know when you might need one. Also, I love that in the 8 pack there are 4 different colors. The drawstring hood is a nice touch as well.

I ordered these ponchos to have during our vacation. I was disappointed that the box didn’t have 4 of each size as mentioned. We had one less adult poncho and one extra kid size. We did end up having to use them on our trip. Overall they did do the job. Two of them had small tears along the seams and the drawstrings were partially pulled thru (both sides not out) so they weren’t functional.

Great ponchos that helped us through some long, rainy days at Disney. Love that there are kid and adult sizes, drawstring hoods and actual arms. These things all kept us sufficiently dry in the rainy weather (we had a couple of days of solid rain). I would highly suggest putting knots in the ends of the hood drawstrings, as my daughter accidentally pulled her drawstring all the way through, leaving her in news of another poncho. Luckily, I packed extras. Otherwise, the quality allows these be worn multiple times/days, but you'll never get them folded back to the original size to get them back in the pouch. We just folded and shoved them in our backpacks.Great ponchos!

I ordered this for my sis and bro in law with 2 kids who loved to fish, camp and hike in CO. It will be perfec, lightweight, and compact for taking along even to ball games. I was thrilled with the price, and when I received them, I was even more impressed by the design having a draw string hood, and elastic sleeves.
