Misleading information given
This is not for people who are trying to reach ketosis or trying autophagy by fasting. They mention "No sugar" and "No artificial ingredients" but there is definitely something that triggers insulin and pushes the body out of ketosis and fasted state. The term "No sugar" and "No artificial ingredients" is quite misleading here. Total carbs are mentioned >1 gm however one serving itself if just 3.7gms. How much of these carbohydrate is sugar? This is not mentioned anywhere

I've been using this since I started running with the club, and it's been a game-changer. I can't go anywhere without it now. You don't have to limit it to physical activity; you can incorporate it into your daily routine too.

Bad packaging, bad claims, bad product
I wish I could give 0 stars. Product came opened with uneven number of packets so definitely some have been taken out. You need to take 3 doses each day which amounts to using 3 sachets in 1.5ltrs of water per day. If I could drank 1,5ltrs of water a day why would I need a supplement. No authority has approved any of their claims of vitimins added. This product is a hoax and can't be returned. Do yourself a favour, don't bother.
