Menopause Relief Topical Patches - 30 Days Supply - USA Made by Live To Shine

I love being able to just put the patch on and forget about it. I am not a huge fan of tons of oral supplements that I have to take each day so this is super convenient. I think I am on the Peri-menopause route so not all out yet. It has seemed to mellow out my moods and I seem to have less PMS symptoms.

I put one of these patches on each morning after I shower. While they don't take away all menopausal symptoms, they greatly help with how hot I get @ night. These patches make it easier to sleep. Using them daily has provided some much needed relief. I don't get nearly as hot in the middle of the night.

Patches didn't stick in place very well. No relief for hot flashes, mood swings or sleeping problems. I had a full hysterectomy 8 years ago and have been trying to find something natural for relief, this was not it unfortunately.
