I am a 74 year old woman who has been taking this product for almost 42 years now. I take 6 capsules a day and every year when I have my bone scan done they tell me I have the bones of a teenager. I have had numerous falls that should have shattered my bones and except for once dislocating my Femur no bones have broken. I have never been able to eat or drink any dairy products so this is my main source of Calcium. I found that I can only take one of these at a time or I get weird heart palpitations, so I just take one at bedtime. I was having terrible leg and foot cramps quite often, like more than once a night, and they have almost entirely stopped since I’ve been taking this. The capsules do have a bit of powder on the outside, as other reviewers have mentioned, but I just rub it off with my fingers which takes two seconds max.
