GENUINE MAKITE BATTERIES
I'd been looking for ages into either changing my 10.v kit or replacing the batteries. I eventually bought a new Makita original charger for about £30 but found two of my batteries (none genuine Makita) were failing x1 and broken side clips x1. So, I decided to go for two more but couldn't bring myself to spend £49.99 for one at Screwfix.I gave this twin pack for £44 a bash and hey presto! Genuine Makita batteries (x2) for £44. Ordered on 1st March and they arrived on 3rd March. Fully charged both last night and they've had a good days work today and still got life in them.I've only given three stars for battery life as they only arrived yesterday but so far seem pretty good.

Prefer to stick with manufacturers batteries,though you can get cheaper copies of them , I've had the original ones for nearly 8 yrs & were just starting to fade in power
