Lavanila Aluminum Free Deodorant, Sport Luxe + Vanilla Lavender, 2oz Each - The Healthy Deodorant for Men & Women - Solid Stick, Vegan

This is my second purchase of this deodorant and I’ve been very happy with its performance. I was looking for something aluminum-free and not an antiperspirant, and also something that worked reasonably well to reduce stinkiness and this definitely fits the bill. It generally lasts all work-day for me (I work in an office environment) and absorbs well without being sticky or slimy. Obviously natural deodorants have their limitations so I’m not expecting perfection, but it’s perfect for my general everyday use. I also appreciate that the container is recyclable though it seems to be slightly over-engineered…why are there so many parts? Overall I will continue to buy and use this product because it works for me and my lifestyle.

This is my favorite deodorant. Scent is lovely, packaging is aesthetically pleasing. It's free of aluminum and not so natural it wears off in 10 minutes.

i wanted to love this product until i discovered it has baking soda in it and i react to it. the scent is amazing and the deo works, but i would like to see a baking soda free version of this very scent. i know the others in their line don't contain baking soda; however, they DO contain carrageenan which is another thing i react to

love the scents - both of them - and they work. Its already hitting the triple digits in temps where I live so, need a good DO and this works!

If you’re looking for a good, non-irritating natural deodorant, this is the one for you. I only have to apply this once a day and it keeps me from smelling bad, even in the recent 90°+ heat. It glides on instead of pulling at the skin like many of the other natural options. Only rating it 4/5 because the smell is NOT vanilla or lavender, but instead a much more fresh, clean laundry scent.

I needed an antiperspirant that didn’t have toxic stuff but strong enough to work during my vacation in Lima, Peru. This summer was crazy hot and humid, more than usual. The product smells nice when you first apply it but a couple of hours later I was stinky. Maybe it would work better in a dry climate. I had to use my “emergency” antiperspirant, the one with all the bad stuff… Also, the dispenser was broken when it arrived

I have been using this for about a year and I love it. No scent which I appreciate as I have sensitive skin. It hold up even on really hot days. Easy to wash off. Tube lasts a long time, even with daily (sometimes more) use.

First things, I would call neither of the scents vanilla. The "pure vanilla" is more of a shea butter/general moisturizer smell. The "Sport Luxe" has a clean smell. Both are nice, just not what I was looking for. The bigger issue is that the standard deodorant had only about 2 hours longevity, and that is with working in an air conditioned room doing non-strenuous activity. The sport one would last most of the work day, but definitely got a little funky towards the end of the day, and held out for a work out enough, but I have had better deodorants that were not as expensive. The biggest issue for me though is they gave me rashes after using them a couple days straight. I though I was jsut getting some razor burn flare ups but once I took these out of the equation I knew for sure that these guys were the culprit. I really wanted to like them, but after a month of trying to make it work I just ended up itchy :(
