So good i added these to my dogs’ monthly subscriptions!!
I have a pitbull mix and a chihuahua mix and they both love chomping on these! I used to get them benebone’s and nylabones etc but i hated accidentally stepping on the rough spiky part and they got all gross and dirt kept sticking to those. I also tried wood based chews but those broke down too easily and i was worried my dogs would swallow pieces and hurt their tummy’s.This one is actually perfect??? I love that it’s made from sugarcane etc which means not wood and not entirely plastic/nylon. It breaks off very very slowly/in small bits but it really takes them a lot longer to ground down the edges enough for me to throw it out. No spiky or sticky wet areas on there even as they are chewing. My dogs have these on subscribe and save lol and get a new one every month or so to keep it in rotation. They are big enough for a range of dog sizes, we have the smaller bone size and my 60+ lbs pit mix holds it perfectly fine without it being a size/choking hazard. They’re entertained for hours and sometimes fall asleep chewing these. As it gets ground down, it doesn’t get sharp at all!

My pup 🐶 Loves it!
My Oscar a tiny bernedoodle has loved this bone from the minute I gave it to him 🥰 Very durable and glad it isn’t made of plastic bc he is a pretty tough chewer.

Happy customers
12/5/23: Update after over 1 month of chewing, I'm adding a picture of the bone. Our dog chews on this daily, but she's barely made a dent in it! I can leave it out for her to chew whenever she likes because I've never seen any pieces break off. That makes me feel safe to offer this to her. And I love that it's going to last a long time, unlike expensive bully sticks.Original review: I was so happy to find this more natural and long-lasting chewing solution for our dog. She's a pretty tough chewer yet she's been gnawing on this bone on and off for the last couple of days and has barely scratched the surface. The smell drew her in instantly and kept her occupied while trick or treaters came to the door. High hopes for this chew :)

Durable but not the top choice
I tried these for my tough chewers, they hold up well but they would always choose a benebone over it

Don’t hesitate!
Absolutely love! I’d been buying my dog benebones his whole life, but he is such an intense chewer we were going through them like crazy. It also started worrying me that he was consuming tiny bits of plastic from them. I bought a better bone in December and just now have to replace it in June! I can’t believe how it’s held up, love the ingredients, and love how it’s ethically sourced.

BetterBone Hard Beef - Sustainable All Natural Flavor Infused Dog Bones
Unfortunately the rating don't contain how much interest dog shows in product. I have to agree that it is hard, doesn't flake and will probably last a very long time. The biggest problem is that despite my dog (Cavachon) love of chewing and gnawing on things, he only has a low level of interest in it. He much prefers the Benebone's. When he has a choice he goes for those and only if nothing else is available will he spend a little time working on this one. But he tires of it fairly quickly. So far he has only gotten a few small grooves chewed in it. I had really hoped he liked this one more since these are way more durable, wouldn't have him ingesting small bits of nylon and wouldn't require sanding of the sharp small particles periodically.

Good bone
It’s a great product. You can see this is after few months. He’s a 14lbs dog a bit big for him but he’s doing well. Happy it’s not plastic. You can see particles falling off but not a problem

Good for chewing
Our dog enjoys this bone. It gives his teeth and jaws lots of exercise. It doesn't sound very pleasant though when he chews on it, sort of like nails on a chalkboard.

Worth the cost!
Purchased a few months ago & hardly a dent in it. Our dog loves it. We put it up until she asks for it so she doesn't get bored. .. but she chews on it every day. Very hard but no issues with her teeth. Very happy with our purchase

Endless entertainment for my dog!
THIS IS AN AMAZING, INCREDIBLE CHEW TOY.I have a potcake (terrier mix) from St. Lucia that's 33lbs. He gets bored easily as he's still a puppy (9 months), and no matter what I gave him, he would destroy it. I had to stop giving him stuffed animals and anything that wasn't made of REALLY durable rubber.I never believed in giving these kinds of bones to dogs because they break off shards of nylon, and it made absolutely no sense to me. How could you purposely give your dog something that they can break off during play and it can harm them when they swallow it? I still don't get it.THIS ONE. It's made of organic, natural materials, so I'm not worried at all about if my dog consumes it. That said, there aren't any pieces coming off it! He's making consistent gouges in it (see attachment), but he absolutely loves it. IT's gotten to the point where if I hear him chewing on this bone, I breathe a sigh of relief because I know he's playing with something safe. He has had no issues, and we've had this toy for months and it's still in GREAT condition! The price point is pretty high, but you're going to get SO much more toy for SO much more time, it's worth the investment. Thank you better bone!UPDATE:it’s July 2024 and my boy finally broke off a chunk from the long end. I’m thinking of just sanding down the sharp edges and giving it back to him! He still LOVES it!

4lb Toy Poodle
My 4lb toy poodle is living a hypoallergenic life while we try to figure out what makes her itchy. The size small one is a bit big and heavy for her but she managed to leave some small marks on it within a few days but the pic is at a month and it's still going strong. I left it in water with a few drops of liquid smoke to make it more interesting for her (my vet suggested). Will buy it again if she ever kills it, would be nice if there was a tiny size though.

3 days in and barely scratched!
I have a 1-year-old Dutch Sheppard who will literally destroy the "toughest" of chew toys within an hour. It's been 3 days and so far, he's barely made a dent on it! He loves chewing on it on and off all day.I do recommend making sure your dog's teeth are in good condition because it's extremely dense and hard. If your dog's teeth aren't in the best shape, I wouldn't recommend this because I could see it damaging not-so-great teeth. The scratches he has made are completely smooth and aren't sharp/dangerous like plastic toys. My dog also hasn't shown any signs of being sick from it and his bathroom routines have been completely normal. If your dog destroys everything and has great teeth, I highly recommend this! I will be buying more once this one is done!EDIT: he has now finally chewed through the top part after 3 months! In the process of ordering another one!
