Good quality bolts, nuts, and washers
These seem like good bolts. I'm using them on a mower deck so the stainless steel should keep them in better shape than nickel plated would do. Good price with washers and nuts. Also saved a trip to town where they would possibly have been more expensive as well. They came in a small box that would fit in a mailbox even if amazon didn't deliver to the house. They also came next day delivery when I bought them so I didn't have to wait long to finish the job.

Saved a ton of money buying these
I don't know if the steel quality, or the stainless quality, is what it should be, but they showed up at my door and worked perfectly for the D-rings I bought to put on the wooden floor of my truck.I paid less than half of what I would have paid for the same (advertised as the same) from a local home improvement store.
