Not a Peloton but...
If you want a Peloton, write a big check and get one but if you want a sturdy well built stationary bike to ride for fitness or weight loss buy this one. It is well-made, stable and absolutely soundless. If you are handy with tools and putting things together you'll have no problems and the only tool you need comes with it. But, it weighs 85 pounds in the box and a second pair of hands will be appreciated. The parts are shrink wrapped in plastic and fitted into molded styrofoam so there was no damage to it or the box for that matter. I learned a long time ago that it's easier to lift the box off a heavy object than to try to lift a heavy object out of a box so I suggest laying it on its side and cutting open the bottom of the box, standing it back up and lifting it out...a 2nd pair of hands will really help here. Assembly is straight forward and the instructions are clear and well-written. I placed my bike on an old Yoga pad just to protect the floor but I think it helps stabilize it too. The pedal action is fluid and smooth, I just wear my old Nike's but I think you could wear bike shoes if you had them. The handlebars are comfortable to grip and easily adjust up and down. The seat is likewise easy to adjust and like all stationary bikes, it is harder than I would like and I will probably swap it out for a gel seat later. I am 5'6" and weigh 130 lbs and had no trouble finding the right seat and handlebar levels. I don't use any video cycling programs so I just adjust resistance to what I want and the knob easily makes it harder or easier. The little monitor has no light so you will need ambient lighting to see the readings but I only use RPMs and MPH and use my Fitbit for HR and time. The tiny "book rack" is useless, it is 5" wide and maybe 1/4 inch deep so it will not safely support any tablet or even my Android phone in a case and if you use it, you will cover the monitor. Likewise for the water bottle holder, a regular 16.9 oz water bottle will fall out. Overall I love it, it's sturdy and absolutely silent which was important to me. Assembly was straight forward, a helper would be nice but you can probably do it alone if you can manage 85 pounds alone. It's attractive and as stylish as a stationary bike can be. The fitness center I go to has Cybex bikes and this is as good or better and I see that it is on sale today for $30 less than I paid for it a month ago so just buy it and go for a ride.

Great for the price point
I was looking for a budget version of a spin bike (the studio I go to uses Keiser m3s but I’ve been trying to keep my workouts at home during the current state of the world) and I’ve had this bike for about 3 weeks now- I’m impressed at what it can do while being at a budget price point. It was packaged incredibly well, and I did have a friend to help me move the body that had the flywheel attached downstairs, but I assembled the rest on my own in about 20 minutes. Instructions are clear and tools are included. One of the main things I was looking for was a digital display that includes RPM (I’m using the peloton app through my tv for classes) and that was hard to find at a lower price point! This has RPM and you can select that as the static display. I also wanted to be able to clip in; the seller/manufacturer says you can’t use clip in pedals, but I bought 9/16 spd clip/cage reversible pedals from another seller on here and they fit! I bought short spindle, but it looks like the pedals that came with are long. I am so far from a bike expert, but I’ve been using the short spindle ones since I put it together and nothing has fallen off or felt unstable. I do have some creaking, however, when I come out of the pedals at a heavier resistance (but I also think that may be due to my replacement pedals or clips, so I didn’t take any stars off for that. I may try the pedals that came with the bike to see if it helps). So, try clip in pedals at your own risk; they’re worth it for me. The seat is wider and quite a bit more cushioned than most spin bikes I’ve been on- takes some getting used to but definitely more comfy than a standard seat.Resistance doesn’t get as high as the fancier bikes- I’d put it at topping out around a 18 or so on a Keiser or maybe a 65 on the peloton, but it keeps me moving while I’m at home so I call it good enough. Also, there’s no visual display of your resistance level- you just have to go by feel but the knob is easy to adjust. I also feel like I’m slightly in-between 2 of the seat height options, but now I’m just being picky. So far so good - if you go in with practical expectations at this price point, I think you’ll be impressed too!

Amazing Spin Cycle No Brainer Buy
This is a great bike with great features1. Easy to assemble2. Whisper Quiet3. Smooth performance4. Better than bikes at my gym5. Sturdy6. Large display7. Comfortable padded seat, as far as exercise bike go. Don't expect a sofa set lol. This is an exercise bike. This is a superb bike and good value for money. You don't need an expensive spin cycle, this is just as good without all the unnecessary fills. At first, I wanted Bluetooth and programming, now i'm happy that I didn't get those unnecessary features. Pair (use) this bike with free youtube video and it's good enough. My wife likes the performance of this bike so much, that she cancelled her gym membership.Hints:1. Read instructions!2. For quicker assembly I used a rachet and tool they provided. 1 person assembly is possible.3. Place a rubber mat under bike4. The bike structure has sharp bottom mount, therefore during assembly place on top of box to avoid scratches to wood floor. Once it's mounted on the stand mount no worries. THIS IS STATED IN THE MANUAL .5. Throw out the provided battery, it's so cheap that you can pinch it with your finger. It will not perform well at some point and likely leak out. Immediately use a good quality battery.

Great value but needs modifications if you are tall
We are overall very satisfied.Low noise, sturdy and easy to assemble. However, if you are tall, you might have to modify it a bit:On the 1st image, you can see that I had to level the handlebar with bolts and long nuts.Although you might be comfortable with the actual height of the handlebar if you don't put the seat at maximum height like me.Suggestion to Seller:Perhaps, next time, suggest to the manufacturer to make with handlebar and seat posts approximately ten centimeters (four inches) higher, as shown on images 2 and 3.

Really impressed
I’ve used this a few times now and am overall really impressed. Very sturdy and quiet. The magnetic resistance works well, but it’s not quite enough resistance if you want to stand up on the bike. You can keep twisting the resistance knob though and the felt brake pad will start rubbing - it actually works ok, if a tiny bit more noisy because of the rubbing. The flywheel is great on this thing - very, very smooth operation. Quick physics lesson: the weight of the flywheel is important, yes, but the distance of that weight from the centre of the flywheel (the radius of the flywheel) is even MORE important. This model is GREAT for that. This flywheel is thickest around the outside so you get more bang for your buck in a sense. The computer works well. Runs on one AAA battery. You can set it to stay on RPM and it won’t cycle through the other modes which should be perfect for most people trying to use this to replace a peloton. The dipped handles are really nice. They don’t advertise any ability to move the handles in or out, but the bolt holes for the handles do actually allow the handles to be moved out or in by about an inch. It’s not something you’d want to change regularly (it’s 4 bolts) but you can set it up how you want.I do wish the seat wasn’t so plush. I’m not sure if this is common with most peloton-style bikes or what, but most spin bikes I’ve used in gyms have a very firm racing style seat. The firm seats are actually more comfortable if you are using them regularly. It’s easy enough to replace though as the bike uses a standard seat mount.

Definitely worth the bang for your buck! Awesome bike.
Assembly was straight forward and easy, tools provided, instructions easy to follow. Rides smooth and quiet. Adjusting resistance is nice and easy. Getting my online cycling classes in with ease. Would recommend for a beginner or intermediate cycler.A couple cons. The little lip to place your iPad is nice, but the display on the bike gets in the way making the iPad shift when I’m giviner. Works well with a cell phone. Also, I’m 5’10” and the bike is set up at all the highest points and fits me perfect. So if you’re 6’ or over this may be a problem and you may want to consider a larger bike.Other than that, super happy with this bike.

Excellent bike for the price
The bike is sturdy, easy to assemble, silent during use (with one minor caveat), and unusually adjustable. Both the handlebars and seat can adjust to height as well as back and forth. I have short legs, so can't advise on how the frame size would fit larger riders. When I initially set it up, I noticed that the brake pad would engage with the wheel if the adjustment knob was screwed in far enough. I initially interpreted this to mean that the magnetic resistance claim was wrong, but the magnets are there and provide silent smoothly adjustable resistance up to a point. As others indicated, the maximum magnetic resistance will not be enough for pro riders to do stand up spinning with, they will have to tighten the resistance until they are using the brake pad, and that means not silent. I am still not sure whether the resistance will be high enough for me and my wife, but it likely will. A worn brake pad could be fixed by gluing a felt pad over it, or to replace it, which is what I will do if I end up needing more resistance. The electronic display appears cheap, but I don't care about that, I could happily do without anyway. For the price, the display is irrelevant to me.All considered, highly recommended. This bike seems to be as high quality as our elliptical machine that cost ~ ten times as much. Amazing bike for the price.Update after a few days of use: The resistance provided magnetically is more than adequate for my wife and I. We are both fit and strong, but not athletes. The electronic display is DIA, it turns on, but does nothing other than display zeros. I will report back how I am treated by the vendor.First contact attempt was leaving a message via Amazon's message service. Second attempt was their phone number. The phone only allowed leaving a message, which I did not do. This was all on Dec 21, 2022. I received a message from the vendor on Dec 22, so only one day to respond. They asked for a video of the installation and behaviour, which I will supply in due course.
