Bought these for a long trip with my family. They work great (although I did also use toothpaste.) I couldn’t bear to throw them away though!

These are advertised for Air BnB travelers but I wanted them for travel myself. I recently returned home from a trip to several countries. A couple of those countries had questionable water.A few times I accidentally brushed my teeth using the tap water. I remembered after the fact and did a mental face palm that I had forgotten. Old habits...It would have been nice to have some of these with me so I could just throw the brush away after such an event. But in our case we weren't near shopping areas. We were out in remote areas so I couldn't really replace my toothbrush. At the end of the trip some of us were talking about what we wish we had brought with us. One answer was "several toothbrushes." I agreed with that statement.These are less than a dollar each so it's not a big deal to toss them away.I did open one to use at home just to give it a try. It's smaller than regular toothbrushes. It's not ergonomic. The handle is very soft as bamboo is, so it feels nice in the hand.The bristles are softer than most brushes as well. There are a lot of bristles and they are close together so it really covered the job.I may use it for a week to see how it holds up. I don't think it needs to be thrown away after just one use (unless the water is bad!)I'm not sure of their technology the way it breaks down, but I'm assuming that means over time it will degrade, not in short term use.I can see how it would be good to have in a short term rental room.It does have that natural feel to it compared to our plastic brushes. I really like that aspect.Not bad for a temporary brush.

I guess kids don't think to pack toothbrushes! Each toothbrush is individually wrapped and the wrapped is recyclable. The bristles on the toothbrush are very soft and comfortable to use. The handle is really short and also very thin and flat. It's a bit hard to hold even with my small hands, but manageable once you get the hand of how to hold it. I can't speak to the biodegradablility, but if it is as promised, then these toothbrushes are a win! They are sturdy enough to reuse just like a normal name brand plastic toothbrush. But if they get used once or twice and thrown out, then hopefully, they break down in the environment without too much fuss.
