Bought this (rather than a cheaper alternative) as the images clearly show an elastic strap over the top of the head. The item that arrived does not have an elastic strap over the head. Annoyed.Haven't tried it out yet but it fits ok, hearing while wearing seems ok. The under chin fixing will take a bit of getting used to.
