My husband is undergoing treatment for lymphedema; his legs are very swollen and dressing in regular pants is a tremendous struggle. He needs Unna Boot wraps on both legs which adds to the challenge.These pants are a true lifesaver. They are wash and wear, easy to put on and take off as they snap on the outside of each leg. For treatment, the snaps can be unsnapped to access the needed area, then easily snapped up when treatment is complete. Of course, pockets are another plus.I cannot emphasize enough how much easier his therapy sessions are now.

I realized too late unisex means men sized and I ordered a medium when I should have gotten a small. Feels warm and comfortable and elastic band does not bind your stomach. A good buy.

I ordered these after breaking my leg. Very comfortable while lounging around. I ordered a larger size thinking it would be more comfortable. It's not, order your regular size.

I expected it to fit a bit better for me as a larger woman but it fits a man’s body better. It’s soft and the snaps work well.

My sister has cancer and she loved the pants.. they kept her warm and able to have the tubes out on the sides.

Nice heavier flannel that opens all the way down each leg, useful for our disabled reactive with partial paralysis and a urinary catheter.

Purchased to wear after knee replacement surgery. They are soft and comfy and served their purpose. After only a few washes, though, the fabric is badly pilling. Note - I am 5’2” and they are quite long on me .

The product is well made, and exactly as advertised. They arrived a few days earlier than expected, and are very comfortable. The snaps down the legs are concealed, and they look like regular flannel pants. My only issue is that as a woman the snaps along the waistband tend to pop open when I pull them up over my hips.
