I've tried many different types of instant coffee since I only drink 1 cup a day, and thats in the morning to get my day started. This is the best, hands down. It tastes like a fresh cup of coffee and smells so good while I am stirring it. I do mine the old fashioned way. I boil the water in the stove, pour over those tantalizing crystals and with spoon in hand, I stir up those wonderful morning aromas and lightly cream with fresh cream, and that's it. My goodness! Talk about good! We love taking this coffee on vacations, places for the weekend. Yes, we boil the water there too. Something about that hissing boiling water and fresh coffee aroma, it's theraputical I swear! Excellent product. If I can't find in stores, which a lot of times I can't, I will go to Amazon and get it!

This was my go to instant coffee for decades. Then I got what I thought were a couple of jars that were not fresh. They were tasteless and it smelled like an old ashtray. So I bought another product that I was satisfied with. But, I decided to try it again. And to my surprise, as soon as I opened it, that old ashtray smell was immediately noticeable. Gone was that crisp oh, so inviting coffee aroma. The brew itself was equally disappointing. Whatever they’ve done to this product has ruined what was once a really satisfying, cup of coffee
