I can sleep through the night when I'm taking it regularly. The only downside is if your not taking it wears off. I love it overall and I would trying it.

Well it definitely helps if you have dryness. I didn’t have that issue before and it made me entirely too wet. I didn’t like that part. While I was taking these I also started to have period like symptoms with light bleeding which freaked me out. I took them for 2 or 3 weeks. I really didn’t notice anything different in tightening. I had to stop taking them due to the light bleeding.
