We use this as a vitamin holder, with my husband using one side and me the other! They hold quitea few large pills, so great for those who take multiple aupplements or pills.

Easy to use, I bought them as my friends dad uses the same type, so quality is good as I said easy to use. They have 2compartment for each day , I need to put 7/8 pills in each and they fit easy .
