A2ZCARE LAT Pull Down Cable Machine Attachment - Tricep Press Down Rotating Bar.This is a great bar at a great price and I like it a lot. This would be 5 stars if it had bearings on the rotating bit. Mine sounds and feels a little rough as you rotate it. It does not restrict the rotation, just does not sound or feel as good as it could be.The bar I received was 17 3/4" long and weighed 4lb 5ozIf you look through the hole on the metal rotating piece the metal looks unfinished on the middle of the bar. I tried spraying teflon lube in the hole and it helped a small amount. I wonder why the hole is there, it looks like it was deliberately drilled and was not an essential part of manufacturing. Am I meant to put grease in there? Should I tap it and put a zerk fitting there? These are two things I am considering.The other consideration is because this is a solid bar so it is heavy, so when you are pulling down on your cable machine from a high pulley you have an advantage, and when you are pulling up from a low pulley you have a disadvantage. Adjust your weights proportionally so you don't think you got stronger or weaker suddenly.REVIEW PHILOSOPHY: I only review a product if it is something I am capable of critically evaluating through comparison, testing and use. This is a solid 5lb close grip accessory. Quality product. I will look for this manufacturer in the future for any additional home gym equipment or accessories. Very impressed.

This will do anything that you will do in a workout. Seriously stout and heavy.

I like for the variety of exercises I can do with my machine. I even have add a few of my own to target certain areas. It does not come with weights, but was able to find what I needed relatively economically.

I got the tricep straight bar and v-bar for my cable machine . Appear to be just as heavy duty as anything I’ve used in commercial gyms , would definitely buy again .

I like the equipment, I was hoping it came with the clip.

This is great. Strong and sturdy. I bought my own because I can’t ever find one at the gym to use. Folks always asking if they can borrow it. Best purchase ever!

I use these almost everyday. It gets the job done but are in no way comfortable!

I really like the v press down bar. It has a nice heft and decently sized washers on the end. My straight bar arrived with a lite dusting of rust, as the rotating collar is not chromed on the inside, and had rusted during transport. After oiling, and during use, more rust is working it's way out of the collar interface - this is annoying as I have to constantly wipe it. Eventually, I know with use it will dissipate.The chrome finish is really a 3 out of 5, as I'm comparing it with some of my older attachments that were made in the 1980's. The finish is a little rough, as the metal wasn't properly prepped before chroming. There are lots of pinholes in the finish. This suggests a rushed job. While It's certainly true, that they don't make them like they used to, I'm happy I at least have what I need to work out at home.
