After several years since first purchased, all the Hotpoint knobs had eventually melted under the ambient oven heat and the fixing slots had snapped.Looking for replacements these came up at the top of the list at £9.99 for 6, with actual Hotpoint plastic originals 2nd placed at £22 each! I figured it was worth a shot to try them and potentially save £55.Having arrived, they are so much better than the plastic originals that I’d of replaced them years ago if I’d known about these. A brushed steel effect finish, solid and of really good quality.When I first tried to fit them they seemed to be the wrong size. But then I noticed a small thin diaphragm type piece of metal. I thought this may of been removable but I couldn’t grip it enough with anything to try and pull it out. So I used my long nose pliers to press the diaphragm down and BINGO! It fits perfect. Not too tight to need hammering on, and not too slack to slide off accidentally.Well worth the money, with 3 spare for future. Hotpoint should be ashamed at the cost of their parts.

Love these knobs. I bought them to replace my original Neff black knobs, which cost an arm and a leg to buy again. These look great and for perfectly. Tou do jave to push quite hard to activate the ignition but thays a small minus... highly recommend.

Bought these to update my hob but they are not a universal fit. Returned which was quick and refund was only a couple of days. Quality was good but unfortunately no good for me.

Looking a lot better and these knobs fitt lovely looks great too
