I love cooking with this vinegar. It has such a wonderful, light acidity, while adding an immense depth of barrel aged flavor. I use this to make amazing vinaigrettes, to season pasta dishes, seafood, soups, or to even add a dash to finish a nice ribeye steak with butter. Can't go wrong with having a bottle of this by your stovetop.
