Much better sleep using these guards
I suffer from nightime teeth grinding which causes morning jaw pain and headaches. Since using these guards, it has vastly approved my sleep and I no longer wake up in any pain.There are 4 guards included in total. 2 small ones and 2 large ones. I have quite a large jaw/mouth and the large ones were more than enough. Each set has a handy storage box too so can be cleaned and left on the nightstand. The isntructions were easy to follow and moulded to my teeth just fine after soaking in hot water for a minute (I used a fork to pull them out of the hot water).Overall recommend if you are a nightime jaw grinder or clenching to save yourself from jawache.
