Bought this phone to replace my BT Converse 2300 & very happy with my purchase.Very sturdy build quality, ample display with 100 name & number directory and a dedicated standard headset port.Looks professional & great sound quantity via the receiver, headset port & on speaker phone.Would definitely recommend! 10/10!

My product was purchased and paid for as NEW!! it turned up in packiging that looked like it had been packed by a 4yr old let loose with a roll of sticky tape, once I finally got to the product it had quite clearly been used before even having caller ID/names still written in the plastic window card??? Clearly not a new phone then! This product is meant to be installed on Wednesday and my client will definitely not accept 2nd hand products! Poor/ crafty management I guess!

The viewing angle of the LCD screen is awful, you need to be staring down on the display from above to be able to see which segments of the display are active, from a regular viewing angle on a desk, it looks like all the segments are active.

Bought this to use mainly as a speaker phone, for which it is useless. Only seems to work when one party is speaking - if the other party speaks, it cuts out. Really unusable for speaker based conference calls. Had to return straight away.
