Purchased this part late 2017. I November of 2018 I was inspecting my engine mounts because of a small vibration and faint clunk during cold starts. I briefly looked over the passenger upper mount and I noticed some presence of rust and some white filming on the mount. I looked past this because mount was bearly 1 year old. I decided to let the noise develop so I could better pinpoint the source. The factory original lasted 10 years so I would expect to get at least half the life out a non factory replacement. Today the noise was now pronounced so I raised the vehicle and put it on jacks. I began poking around at the lower mounts with a pry bar but everything looked good. I checked the upper mount and low and behold it was obviously bad. For the cost difference of what 10 bucks you can get factory original volvo parts. It’s a no brainer. This is the second item I purchased from this manufacturer and I was disappointed both times. Don’t let the brand name fool you. Stick with factory when ever possible. Kinda a no brainer right.
