A comfortable and durable weight belt.
This was the first weight belt I bought for pullups and dips. After looking at several others I settled on this one mainly for the price. It was cheaper than most of the others. First, the quality of this belt is great, you can tell by the feel of the material and stitching that it will hold up. I'm a 33' waist and it fits perfectly. The padding is thick and comfortable so that when you put weight on it doesn't pinch. The chain is strong and I'm not worried about it breaking. I think the chain length could be a little longer. It looks as good as any other professional weight belt as well. I highly recommend this belt for others, especially if this is your first belt.

Great padding and strong materials.
Great belt. I’m using it to relieve some stress on my back from doing barbell squats. This is a great alternative. The belt is made of strong durable material with excellent padding that supports heavy weight barring on the hips or waist area. It is easily adjustable by use of the chain and locking carabiners. Can’t go wrong for the price!

Great for weighted pull-ups and dips
I’ve mainly been using this for weighted pull-ups and dips, and it works great for both. I especially like it for weighted pull-ups because it makes it easy to add resistance and progressively get stronger. I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my back and lat development since incorporating weighted pulls into my training. It’s also helped me build a lot more pulling strength, to the point where climbing and pulling myself up on things feels much easier. If you’re looking for something to add resistance to pull-ups or dips, I’d definitely recommend it.

Comfortable and reliably strong
Bought this to do belt squats and it delivers! Very comfortable and easily adjusted. Thicker chain than I've seen on other belts and budget friendly. I use it weekly and am thoroughly enjoying it. Highly recommended.
