I loved them took me 2 min to remove old ones and put new ones.

For the price they work. But they make a horrible raket opening and closing. Nothing like the factory smooth almost no sound units.

Updated from my original review:As others have stated, the bottom attachment point splits, allowing the end of the shock to come free and push through between the liftgate and the body of the Armada, doing significant damage.I also suspect that these shocks are higher pressure than the old ones, which is great for keeping the liftgate up, but after being on for several months, the motor started straining trying to close the liftgate, and then finally just quit.Original review below:Not that it was complicated, but watching the video included in the product listing made the job even easier. I used a rubber mallet to tap the new struts into place instead of banging them with my hand. The whole job took about two minutes and it fixed the problem we were having on our Armada that the liftgate motor was stalling out and closing the liftgate after just opening it a few inches.

This is a great replacement for the part needed on my 2006 Infiniti Qx56. I saved a lot of money verse going to the dealer or even to Oreillys it Auto Zone. THANKS!

The bottom plastic part torn apart and broke after 2 months, it also damage my lift gate motor now i have to change my lift gate which is very expensive i am very disappointed 😥
