I’ve just completed a bathroom renovation and purchased this. It is powerful and has multiple settings! After researching, I’m thrilled with my purchase!!

Water pressure is lgiht, no strong stream out of any of the settings. Very disappointed given the cost. I have had much less expensive, no brand shower heads work much better.

Very disappointed in this sprayer; after less than a year of use, the finish is coming off, exposing chrome on the sprayer hose. The sprayer itself works well with multiple spray options, which is great. We don’t use harsh chemicals/cloths on it when cleaning it. Delta parts were purchased individually and were costly for the entire set, spending >$1k for it all. Expected better quality out of the product and getting cheap product results.So, along with the Delta part we couldn’t return through Amazon’s seller ($78 shower head pipe never used) and the low quality of the sprayer hose, we will never purchase Delta parts thru Amazon again…maybe it’s better buying direct from Delta??

Beautiful product but had to call Delta to get the actual shower handle shipped out to me. Seems a lot of reviews say the same thing.

The box arrived unsealed with one side opened. Internally, the wand was just loose in the box, no protective padding or compartmentalization. Very poorly packaged, especially for the price. I purposefully purchased this from the Delta Faucet store to ensure I was getting the real deal, but this definitely looks like a second or returned item to me. As far as I can tell all the parts are here, but it'll be a month or so before I'm able to actually install it and make sure it works right.

Parts missing that are needed for install . Not a Reflection of the product but just a pain. I’m fed up with my renovation that I’m dealing with it not sliding.

Can't believe how cheap this is made. Bought the whole bathroom set and alot of the fixtures are made in the USA. Not the hand held and its shows as it is completely made of cheap plastic. The rain showerhead is made in China too. Will be returning as I don't support slave labour. Thought Delta was suppose to be an American manufacture of its line but I guess it decided to go cheap to fill their pockets with more money. Just a warning to anyone looking
