Atlas World Music 6 inch Skin Single Jingle Tambourine, natural

The tambourine arrived very quickly. It's just that it looks a bit different from the one on the picture - the membrane is not white and smooth, it's semi-transparent, the colour is uneven and the surface looks as if it was scratched. It was a disappointment for me but nevertheless my daughter plays it and she doesn't mind.

I thought it was a bigger sized tambourine, so can't use it as it's more of a child size one

Looks like a toy, but a surprisingly good little instrument - OK, it's hardly professional standard, but it's great fun! (If buying for a youngster, bear in mind that the jingles, although not actually sharp, are thin enough to potentially cause harm... Also remember that it's natural skin, so may have discoloured or dirty looking patches - proof that it's natural!)

This went down a real wow on Christmas day with my grandson. Unfortunately one of his little friends has recently punctured the skin so I am trying to buy another one but they seem to be out of stock. Wonderful though and delivered very efficiently. Excellent

brought as a gift, was successful in both entertaining my nephew and irritating my sister, so a bargain at any price. quite well made for the price

We had the tambourine for less than 5 minutes, very respectfully and without exuberance before the skin broke. Returned.
