This is the real deal.
This cinnamon is excellent. It has great taste and aroma. It's milled very finely. It doesn't make my drinks gritty because of the fine texture. I add it to my tea and coffee every day.Its expensive in my opinion. No, regrets purchasing this because it's worth the price.

Fresh, Tastes Great And LOW LOW In Coumarin!
This is about the only Ceylon brand I trust. This is NOT your typical Cassia that you find in your grocery store. Do not use that type. Ever. This product has 0.002% Coumarin as evidenced by their COA. Be aware that while it tastes like cinnamon, it is not the same as Cassia, which is much sweeter. I use this in coffee, on oatmeal and anything else we want with cinnamon added. The jar is big, and it's expensive, but it's worth every penny if you care about your health and want what's best for your body in a cinnamon. I will never use this up before expiring but that's a price I'll have to pay.Highly highly recommend this brand and this product.

True Ceylon Cinnamon
I am positive this is the real deal!! Tastes very mild of cinnamon, no spicy taste, very light scent of cinnamon.. I am hoping someone that is using this cinnamon can tell me why it’s a darker color than what everyone is saying about the Organic Ceylon Cinnamon.. They say it’s supposed to be very light in color??

Good cinnamon, good price, but it tasted a little weaker than the other organic ceylon cinnamons I've tried.
This was very reasonably priced and shipped quickly. I'm only giving the product 4 stars because it seemed really weak to me. I've purchased a couple brands of ceylon (true) cinnamon, and this would be my least favorite of the bunch. It just has a lot less flavor and sweetness than the other brands for some reason. I have to add about twice as much of this as the other brands to get the same flavor. All the types I've tried were organic ceylon, so I'm not sure what the difference is, but they do vary. It's certainly not a bad product, it just hasn't quite lived up to my experience with other brands. For what it's worth, the other varieties I purchased were all more expensive... so maybe the cost has something to do with the difference?

Big cinnamon user!
I use cinnamon and lots of it. In my morning coffee it is delicious. Since cinnamon is sweet to the taste I can forgo the sugar. And in cooking, this is the best tasting cinnamon I have ever found. It is worth the price.

Expensive but great cinnamon
Update: May 15, 2021Due to the high cost of this stuff, I have tried another brand of FGO "Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder". For 2/3 the cost you get twice the amount. Only problem is that the FGO brand is not as filtered as Ceylon Cinnamon Shop product. Meaning the other brand isn't good for drinks. Seems like legit Ceylon cinnamon though. Okay, if you use it in other foods.I have tried a couple different cinnamon brands and settled with Ceylon Cinnamon Shop. From what I can find out the more subtle the smell/flavor of the cinnamon the greater chance you have of getting pure Ceylon cinnamon. This product is more subtle in flavor and smell than local purchased Saigon cinnamon. As Ceylon Cinnamon Shop pointed out there was a study done by ConsumerLab.com in December 2020. There are some products labeled as Ceylon, but contain high levels of coumarin which can be toxic. Their report implies that products labeled as Ceylon may contain a variety of cassia cinnamon.I repeat this as I have purchased one of these other brands that claim to be pure Ceylon. Here is a picture of local Saigon cinnamon (right - darker color), another Ceylon brand on Amazon.com (middle) and this product Ceylon Cinnamon Shop (left - lightest color). The other Ceylon brand smelled and looked more like the local Saigon Cinnamon than compared to this product. Sent that stuff back and came back to the this product.I'm still on the search for a more economical brand, as this stuff is the most expensive so far. However with that cost comes guaranteed Ceylon Cinnamon, which is a problem amongst "Pure Ceylon Cinnamon" brands.
