I liked that it was capsule form as the oil tastes bad. I noticed better hair skin and nails more energy and I like the larger bottle.

The next best thing they could do with this product is put a non-GMO and organic label on them!

Shortly after taking one of these capsules, along with dinner, I began to feel strange. I don’t know a better way to describe that initial feeling. Pretty quickly, I began to also feel dizzy, lightheaded, and I got a headache. I checked my blood pressure and pulse; both were fine. I thought maybe this capsule caused my blood sugar to go down, so I ate a banana and a couple of pieces of chocolate. I continue to get worse. After a little more than two hours, I was also beginning to feel confused. I asked my girlfriend to take me to the emergency room.My blood sugar was fine, and they weren’t sure exactly what happened, but advised me not to take any more of these. While we were waiting for the test results to come back, my girlfriend asked me about a story I’d been reading, earlier that afternoon. I tried to describe it, only to realize that I couldn’t remember the plot.After about five hours, I was finally beginning to feel better. It took about six days for the headache to go away, and it still comes and goes, after nine days.I don’t know if I’ve just had some sort of rare bad reaction to this, or if the batch I received was contaminated, in some way. I’ve never heard of anybody having the reaction I had, so I’m inclined to think there was something wrong with the batch I received. In any case, I’m very reluctant to try again.Your experience may be completely different, but that’s what happened with me.
