This was just what was expected but I took off a star as the delivery was NOT made to my front porch but left outside my Back Gate that has a large notice asking people NOT to leave anything at this gate.

I will NOT recommend this item at all. Manufacturer have plenty room to make text bigger but instead use needed area to fill it with crap info. They do not care about their customers, this is so obvious..IMPOSSIBLE read the results. I will stick to my usual instead of this. Reluctant to use it coz its just too darn difficult.

Identified problems

Not the best product. Gave inaccurate readings for leucocytes, stating 70+ when there were none. The print is very small making it difficult to read results. Tests too many things, some of them irrelevant (ascorbic acid). Some results need to be read at different times than others, fair enough, but they are not listed in order of time to be read, that is 30, 45, 60, 120 seconds. They are all mixed up, so you have to keep scanning the list up and down to find the ones for certain times. I wouldn't recommend this product because there are others available that are easier to use.

Easy to use. Hopefully test results are accurate. But seems like it as I tested after being at the nurse same day. Same result on these ones.
