Great Addition to Kit Bag
Very easy to work with, I was a little concerned about the asymmetric shape for kick work but you don't notice it at all. Will be replacing with the same once I inevitably lose this one.

It’s good
It’s mobile and stylish. Good as pullboay and kickboard, flotation is adequate, though it states it is limited, but it was normal for me

Good product
Sturdy and fit for purpose. Would be better if they came in different sizes.

Doesn't serve either purpose (pull/kick) very well, but might be good for technique
I've tried this board in a few sessions now. I have tried it as a kickboard held both horizontally and vertically, and as a pull buoy.As a kickboard it doesn't really provide enough support for long kick sets, in either the horizontal or vertical position. I understand that the idea is that the swimmer should lower their head and maintain a streamline position. This felt ok until I needed to breathe, but then I had to lift my head excessively (much more than with a regular kickboard) due to the lack of flotation. This meant my streamline was broken badly on every breath, and I would slow down each time. The lower position of my body in the water also affected my times, probably due to extra resistance. My kicking for a 'fast' 25m went from 22s with a regular kickboard to over 24s with this board, and as I got more fatigued (which doesn't happen so much on the regular kickboard) my times slipped even further to over 25s. For longer kicking sets I can usually average 30s/25m comfortably, but with this board I was taking over 35s/25m, and tiring very quickly and getting even slower from not being able to breathe freely. Having said that, times aren't important if the technique benefits of using the board are good, and there were moments where I felt I was holding a better streamline than I could achieve with a regular kickboard. Also, my hips/legs would lift as I pushed my head downwards into the streamline position, which probably transfers nicely into body position when doing full stroke.I tried the board on breaststroke/fly kick, and it just felt unstable and didn't really work well for me.In summary, as a kickboard, I think this board only works fairly well for very short sprint/technique focused kicking, with lots of rest so that breathing isn't required, but probably doesn't offer much of an advantage over going without a board completely, as the head lifting is probably as bad as needing to scull to breathe anyway. The board may be better for very strong kickers or with fins, as this might make it possible to generate a bit more lift from the board. As a pull buoy, this isn't great. It's a bit too slim to feel very secure, and I found myself squeezing extra tight with my thighs just to make sure I didn't lose it as I swam. Maybe that's a good thing, to teach squeezing legs together, but I like a board to feel secure, especially on longer sets. It doesn't really offer any advantages as a pull buoy other than being able to be used for pull and kick, but I quickly went back to taking my kickboard with me to training, so any space saved in my kit bag was short-lived.

Stylish, but very small
I thought I'd be able to use this as either a kickboard of pull buoy, but it is very small. Works as a pull buoy, but not very well for kickboard.
