We have had a great experience qith this product. Makes high quality soup making super easy and without any fuss. But few months down the line we had an electronic malfunction. We reached out to the Agaro Service team, showed their CSR Anusmita the problem on video, and no questions asked they sent me a replacement in couple days even without asking to return the original product which they collected only few days later.

These five stars are especially for Agaro's customer support. The product itself is quite good - easy to use, makes great soup in under half an hour. However, within a month of buying the product, it malfunctioned. As soon as I raised the issue, Ms. Payal Ghosh from the customer support team got in touch with us and guided us through the necessary steps for filing the complaints. The defective product was collected in the next few days and just today (within a week) we got a new product. The new product is working fine as of now.

Very very nice service,I bought in 2023 ,but I get new part from co .I the mode button was not working from some days ,but really remarkable service from co get new part immediately.The product also good ,I make many soups for evening time ,it's easy to operate .I like the product,so I ordered 4 more for mother and sister s ,but the service also very nice and the executive personaly attend the call and take follow up time to time ,thank you Agaro .

Poor quality. Except smooth other function buttons are not working. Waste of money.

The product is useful if you are into soup making and Jam making. We need to add all items and switch on for delicious soups. Agaro support team is very helpful.

I am using it since 6 weeks, it is perfect for making soups. Just throw in the ingredients with water and it is fully automatic.Washing can be tedious because it is not fully waterproof, but generally a very useful device.
