Hand wash only and do not wash frequently. Pls soak it for 5 minutes in warm water firstly, then scrub the dirty part with laundry soap and hang it directly without twist drying after washing.

Im 5 ft. 11. 160 pounds. I bought the XL. I wear other clothes too underneath. You might get away with fitting into the XL for a slim fit. But I recommend XXL
