Back Support Belt

I think this is the best thing I have ever purchased in my life. I had terrible back ache at work (washing up in a pub) from bending over the sink and even worse pain when I stood up again, so much so that I found I was only comfortable doing an impression of the hunchback of Notre Dame. Sitting down and lying in bed became a problem too. I bought this on a recommendation from a neighbour who does a similar job and within ten minutes of putting it on all back pain vanished. I have been using this at work for the last three months with not even a touch of back pain whether I am bending over, leaning down, stretching up etc.. Instead of thinking that I may have to get another job because of the back pain I have now been transformed into someone who loves his job and will be happy to continue doing it for a good few years yet. I cannot recommend this back support highly enough. If ever it wears out I would happily pay double to buy another.

I ordered this to try and limit movement as I have hypermobility and have lower back issues. It helps to slow my movements and limit bending. It also helps with your posture. I wear it for no more than an hour a day as I find it can get quite uncomfortable and would weaken your muscles if you rely on it too much.

Have bought several of these belts over the years. They work a charm, provides support for me when I work. Not too stiff. They are NOT like a stiff weight lifting belt, but much more supple. Thus it does not provide as much support either, but is perfect for everyday use, if you have a back problem such as I do. (I had major back surgery a few years ago, due to 9 broken discs in my back). If you have had lower back injuries, or surgery, I can highly recommend it. The welcro will wear out in a years time, if you use it on a daily basis. Also machine washable, without losing its shape or function. Unbeatable for the price, and have not had any better, even if they cost more. Wish it came in one colour, though.

Ok but only relieves pain for a while but ok don’t think it’s the belt that’s at fault

Why did you choose this product over others?: I have been using this exact product for years needed a new one. It helps support my back and relieves pain to a degree new one is much better at that

This thing is like magic I struggle with upper and lower back pain after 10 minutes of standing my back feels like it's going to collapse, I wore this to my kids sports day event and I was stood for 3 hours with minimal back ache after around 2hrs it's pretty discrete and well made I would recommend this to anyone who has a lower back problem that is helped by a bit of pressure or lying down as these things help me and so did this product

It dose what it's supposed to You can tighten or loosen it

I suffered three months' with a very bad back. I wore this at work, no-one could tell I was wearing it. This helped tremendously to alleviate a lot of the pain, by supporting me properly, allowed me to correct my posture, by standing up straight and it was fit for purpose, as distributed all my weight evenly. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has lower back problems or has a bad back now and again, as it's very comfortable to wear underneath your uniform, doesn't fall off or slip down. It offers good support, as not heavy or bulky to wear and kept my back muscles warm!
