Works
This stuff really works. It removed the purple stain around our pool due to high copper.

Life saver!
I polluted our pool by using an algaecide that contained copper so I’ve been battling all winter trying to get our water cleared up. I added this an out a week ago and kept up the brushing and vacuuming and my water is clear again and greatly reduced the scale!! Highly recommend!

Great Product!
I have been using this for years. To start with, I have a fiberglass-lined concrete pool. Fiberglass may be easier to remove stains from than concrete but it has done a good job on removing the "normal" stains" that occur for over 5 years. This year, however, my pool "went south" when I was on a 2+ week vacation. It got green algae and some MAJOR staining. Blue Stuff removed about 80%-85% of the stains. I spoke with the company the tech was a little surprised it worked so well, because apparently it ISN'T made specifically for stains However, when I mentioned that the pool is fiberglass-lined, he said that that may be the reason it removed most of the stains. Based on my results with this product, in the fall I will buy Jack's Magic's stain test kit, analyze what kind of stains are remaining, and buy what they recommend. It can be difficult to find products that REALLY work, Jack's Magic does! Great company and great products. (FYI, Apparently Leslie's pool supply has discontinued it!!???)

Seems to help, but the jury's still out.
We had a pool issue caused by our pool builder, but in a nutshell, it left us with deeply entrenched algae stains in our gunnite finish on the bottom and sides of our pools. Tried this as a recommendation from our pool service man, in combination with weekly pool shocks, and it does seem to have made and additional cleaning contribution, but we're not 100% clean yet, more like 88% percent improved. I may try more, see if we can get it all out. I think if this stuff will work well, it may be a bit more time required. I've used 4 bottles in a 34' X 20' X 4.5' pool this far.

This stuff works!
I never write reviews, but this stuff worked so well and made me so happy that I HAD to! I had a lot of huge yellow stains on the bottom of my pool and on my steps that turned out to be iron stains. I scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed and no matter what I tried would not get them out. I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of googling and that’s when I came across this stuff. I figured at this point I had nothing to lose and ordered two bottles. When it came, I read it and it said to put one bottle per 10,000 gallons so I put both bottles in around 7pm and left my filter running. Next morning the stains had lightened a little and I just went off to work… when I got home all the stains were completely gone!! I will be buying more of this and using as a regular in my pool. Thank you so much jacks magic! Before and after pictures to show the difference, don’t mind I have some dirt I need to vacuum.

Wasted $150, high phosphates jacked everything up! terrible customer service
I’ve never used a worse product. Wasted $150 on this! Can’t even get my money back because the product is in the pool. Terrible service. Customer service is non existent. Jacks’ rep made an appt to come out and cancelled less than 24 hours before he was due to show up. He rescheduled by saying he will be by sometime Tuesday. I asked for a time window. He said after 10. Wtf. Also the rep assured me his product is the best on the planet hands down and that my problem has to be something else. Yet my pool guy comes out and said “this is why we don’t ever recommend Jack’s”. This completely screwed up my chemical levels.I know it was Jacks because that’s all I used before I took my water in for a weekly water test at the pool store. The phosphates were insanely high at 3565!! This is taking weeks to fix! Buy metal reducer and Clorax packets instead.
