I’m going to fully recommend this product. My cat would paw the water out of a bowl or those vertical h2o towers; drain them in a day for a couple sips. No more. She now drinks or stairs at it. I’m now able to relax knowing a mess is gone. The simplicity of genius truly shows in this product. If you want to know a bit more, the light makes more sound. It’s totally silent and so simple for providing a clean water source under constant filtration. Worth every penny. Recommend and would buy again if needed to.

THIS fountain is the best I’ve found. PROS: Inexpensive fountain and filters. Filters are easy to find and not encased in lots of extra materials for the land fill. Easy to clean and change filters. Soft light so your cats see and get into mischief at all hours. You can easily see the water level. The drinking areas are a good height for kitties. QUIET I can’t hear it most of the time. CONS: I would like a option for a larger water tank. Our cats starting using it right away. We all know how picky cats can be. We’ve been using it for a few months now, and really like it.

Edited to add: I recommend against buying this, for now at least. The replacement filters have been unavailable on Amazon for several weeks at least, with no known date of being back in stock. I haven’t found them anywhere else. I have a feeling I’ll be buying a new fountain when my filters run out.Initial review: I've only had this for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. Set-up was easy. There isn't a slot or guides like some fountains have that show where to place the pump and the hose connecting the pump to the bowl is a little awkward, but not terrible. It's essentially silent, and easy to clean. So far 3 out of 3 cats are using it, which is great!

Top piece on fountain easily came off. Cats played with it. Now needs replaced. They lost it.

The media could not be loaded. Well I just set this up. Bought it back in December. Long story. But, I had help setting it up. Phoenix Fire, Blossom and Gene were helping with the set up. The instructions were very easy to follow. The book images were laid out in such a way you could figure it out with in a few minutes.It was Gene who was the first to try it, then Pearl decided to check it out. So all and all I think this will workout great. We needed a water bowl upstairs and I was tired of them tipping the one we had over.Great product, easy to set up.

The media could not be loaded. The water fountain works wonderfully. The water coming out is very smooth and does not cause any spatters. My cat took a while to get used to drinking from moving water but she seems to enjoy now. The only reason why I couldn’t give it a 5 star despite how much I like it is I feel the metal tray edge is too sharp. I cut my thumb when I tried to wash it. I wish there’s a little more of curled up edge to prevent cutting hands when washing. Hopefully the company can take that into consideration.Update 10/31/2023This early morning I was checking on the water and found it flooding. There’s a pool of water and I cleaned it up. I saw my floor board with some warping. I filled it thinking May be someone kicked it even though it is totally put in an area we don’t walk to usually. My housekeeper came 2.5 hours later and the whole floor was wet and water spilled over and went everywhere. I’ve recorded the damage on the floor - and returned this item immediately. This is not a good product to purchase - returned within a month of purchase due to defective water circulation system and caused severe laminated floor damage

I bought this water fountain because my cat always wanted to drink directly from the sink faucet, I got some options from other brands on social media, but when I reviewed them here, this one in particular seemed good to me, it looked very elegant and when I read the details I was Fascinated, I also took advantage of the Black Friday offer, which was excellent. I love it because I can keep track of how much water my cat drinks without having to open it and its light at night is excellent and it doesn't make any sound. My cat loves it, what more could I ask for?

The water fountain has been great! I can go on a trip and know that my pets will be treated to circulating water instead of stagnate water. What is also great about this fountain is the awesome customer service I received from PAPIFEED. I had a problem after the return date and contacted the company directly. The company was kind and prompt in resolving my problem. I would purchase another one of their products without hesitation.
