ScanpanCTX 14-piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set with Stratanium Nonstick Coating

Simply, the product is meeting all expectations for cooking, heat distribution and non-stick for food and cooking fats. The stainless steel exterior is easy to keep clean and shinny but you do need to stay on it. We hang a couple of our pans in view and so we keep them clean by simply using Bar Keepers Friend and Comment. We have no complaints, are very satisfied, and would purchase again.

The pots and pans are very heavy which suggests they are a good heat sink and have good temperature stability. The non-stick surface is so good the pans practically rinse clean with hot water. We have yet to have anything stick while cooking. Too soon to rate durability, but these pans appear to be of very high quality. As to value for the money, that will probably only be determined if the non-stick surface holds up longer than most other pans as advertised.

Scanpan pots and pans beat every other ones I have ever used! They are incredible for heat distribution, even cooking and browning. They are a heavy weight pan.

Got these to replace our decade old Calphalon, I wanted a non-aluminum, non-toxic, long lasting nonstick and this was recommended by a friend. Have had these for two months and so far they have delivered impeccably. I still don’t allow anyone to use anything metal so we can keep the nonstick for a long time. Have also been mindful to not leave them on high heat without any food on them based on other reviews. They are so nonstick that cleanup is effortless.

Beauty looking cookware, seems to be much more durable than our last nonstick set. Time will tell how it holds up. Only had it a few weeks, but so far it’s great.

Outstanding both on gas range and induction cooktop. Easy to clean — nothing burns or sticks.

This is overpriced junk. I spent almost $1500 for 15 pieces over 2 years ago.They are totally breaking down and black particals are appearing in my food.I have called customer service several times and get no response.Save your money and buy cheap department store brands like T-fal or Calphalon.Update: Total garbage and no response from Scanpan. Do not buy this overpriced trash.

I decided to pay the high price for these pans because I assumed they would last longer than any of the others I've owned. Unfortunately this is not the case. The so called Stratanium non stick finish has deteriorated dramatically. We cook almost every night of the week so our pots and pans do get continued use. We only use wooden or non metal utensils on our non stick pots and pans although Scanpan says you can use steel utensils on these pans we decided not to. We do not put them in the dishwasher either. One of the frying pans is almost useless. I must purchase a new one to replace it but it won't be Scanpan. I will admit all of the other features perform very well. They clean easily, they heat up quickly on our induction cook-top and they seer meats perfectly. Eggs are fried as they should be. I will attempt to get a warranty repair or replacement but I'm not optimistic.
