Great value, and one cup will definitely put a pep in your step. I started using this to help aid in my weight loss efforts this year. I have managed to lose 7 pounds so far- that has stayed off. The tea from these leaves is mild and delicious. I drink it warm with a splash of lemon juice only. It is much cheaper than buying sour sop juice.
