Un petit couteau de chef
Profitant de 2 promotions qui se sont cumulées, j'ai eu ce couteau à moins de la moitié de son prix initial. C'est donc plus d'un couteau d'une quarantaine d'euros dont je parle...La coupe (d'origine), la finition et la prise en main sont excellentes. Plus court qu'un couteau de chef classique, ce couteau avec une lame de 16cm se révèle très polyvalent, et je n'hésite pas l'utiliser pour des petites coupes. C'est donc un très bon complément à un couteau de chef de 20cm ou plus.
