This book has all the authentic Thakurbarir recipes. I have been looking for them for a long time and finally have a copy of the recipes. Food measurements are missing from the recipes so one has to use their culinary knowledge.

This book contains lot of recipes, some quite popular and known and some I have never heard off! "Mangsher Doi Bora", Palong BHaape, ChiNrer khichuri.. to name a few. This is not a very formal cook book, while the writing style is very lucid, the book doesn't mention the exact measurements.
